Warranty Terms

RolliSkate (Light Duty, Super Duty, and Extreme Duty)

Select RolliSkate products are covered under a limited wear warranty. Applicable warranties are valid from
the date of purchase, for a period depending on the product model. “Light Duty” RolliSkate products have a
2-year warranty period, “Super Duty” have a 4-year warranty period, and “Extreme Duty” have an 8-year
warranty period. These warranties apply only to normal and proper usage on approved surfaces with even
wear distribution. Conditions apply.

1. Covered:

  • Excessive wear of the bottom surface under proper use.
  • Material degradation for standard wear and tear.

2. Not Covered:

  • Any and all forms of breakage.
  • Uneven wear, which may be caused by misalignment, misuse, deployment on unapproved surfaces, or dragging.
  • Any minor abrasions created during the machine manufacturing process which do not affect product performance.

RolliBracket “The Legend”

RolliBracket “The Legend” has a limited lifetime warranty which covers breakage or malfunction of the
frame under normal and proper use. The pole is not covered under said warranty. The product requires
general maintenance of threaded parts. Failure to perform general maintenance may result in a voided
warranty. Conditions apply.

1. Covered:

  • Breakage or malfunction of the frame under normal and proper use.

2. Not Covered:

  • Breakage or damages resulting from user error, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, overloading, or failure to maintain.
  • Any minor abrasions created during the machine manufacturing process which do not affect product performance.

RolliBracket “The Legend” has a 3-year parts warranty. This parts warranty allows original purchasers to
order replacement parts at 50% of the retail rate plus shipping. Conditions apply.

Conditions

All warranty claims must be initiated using the contact form on our website (RolliSkate.com) or sent

directly to info@rolliskate.com. Purchaser must include proof of purchase, product photos, and an in-
depth description of usage leading up to claim. Warranties are non-transferable; they are valid only to the

original purchaser. RolliSkate reserves the right to inspect any product to determine the validity of each
warranty claim. If RolliSkate determines that a product must be returned for inspection, purchaser is
responsible for any costs associated with shipping.
Purchasers are not entitled to any gratuitous replacement products, parts, service, or shipping until a
warranty claim is formally approved by RolliSkate following any inspection or review. No liability of claim
greater than the cost of parts or products. Users must perform general maintenance on RolliSkate
products to maximize lifetime of product.
