Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with RolliSkate. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with
your purchase, we are here to help.

• All cancelled orders placed on RolliSkate.com are subject to a 10% fee once the
  order has been placed. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been
  shipped, it will be processed as a return.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be in
  unused, resalable condition. Refunds will only be made after the returned products
  have been inspected and deemed unused. The refund will be subject to a 20%
  restocking fee. If a product is sent for return but is not in unused condition, you must
  cover the cost of shipping them back to you. If you wish to exchange a product that
  you have already received, it will simply be processed as a return and you will have
  to place another order for the desired product.
